Straight Answer

It Is Not a Course. It Is Calls.

There are no modules to work through and no portal to log into. You get me, twice a month, on Zoom, working on your practice: your numbers, your staff, your pricing, whatever is in the way that month.

Between calls you get three to five specific things to do before we speak again, and you can text me when something comes up rather than saving it for two weeks.

If you would rather work at your own pace, the courses are the better fit. This is for people who want the answer now, from someone who has already made the mistake.

  • 01

Two 1:1 Zoom Calls a Month

Just us. Not a group call, not a recording of someone else's question.

  • 02

    Text Support Between Calls

When something comes up on a Tuesday, you do not wait until the next session.

  • 03

    Documents and Content

Help with the paperwork the practice runs on, and with the content that brings people through the door.

  • 04

    Three to Five Action Items

Specific, assigned on every call, done before the next one. That is where the change actually happens.

The Six Pillars

Six Calls, Six Pillars, One Per Session

Three months is six calls, and each one takes on a different part of the business.

  1. 01

    Profit-First Pricing

What every treatment actually costs you, what it should be priced at, and how to raise rates without losing the clients you want to keep.

  2. 02

    Systems That Run Without You

Booking, deposits, follow-up and rebooking. The parts of the day that eat your time and should not need you at all.

  3. 03

    The Injector-to-Owner Path

The numbers, the structure and the order of operations for opening your own space, or for taking over more of the one you are in.

  4. 04

    Marketing That Fills the Calendar

Where your next twenty clients come from, and how to stop attracting the ones who only book when something is discounted.

  5. 05

    Retention and Memberships

Turning one visit into a relationship, so next month is not another cold start.

  6. 06

    Business and Legal Foundations

Entity structure, insurance, compliance, and the financial setup that has to be right before anything else is built on top of it. The decisions most owners make wrong in the first thirty days.

The Investment
$1,000per month

Three-month minimum, because three months is six calls and that is how long it takes to see something move. After that it is month to month and you can cancel any time.

Not sure yet? The assessment is free, takes three minutes, and tells you which of the six pillars your practice is weakest on.
That call was more helpful than all of my previous coaching calls combined. I walked away with so much more clarity on my business, what I need to focus on, and the next steps I should be taking. Everything felt practical and specific to where I am right now, not just generic business advice.

FAQs

Questions? Answered.

Is this coaching, or done-for-you? +
Neither, exactly. It is mentorship: two one-to-one calls a month where we work on your practice together, plus text support and help with your documents and content. I am not running your business for you, and I am not handing you a workbook and wishing you luck.
How much time does it take? +
Two calls a month, plus the three to five action items you take away from each one. How long those take depends on what we are fixing, but they are built to fit around a full treatment calendar, not to replace it.
What happens after three months? +
You go month to month and can cancel any time. The three-month minimum exists because six calls is roughly what it takes to get through the pillars once and see something change, not to lock you in.
Do I need to already own a med spa? +
No. The injector-to-owner path is one of the six pillars. If you are renting a chair or working for someone else and want your own space, that is exactly the conversation.
What is the Owner Ready Assessment? +
A free, three-minute set of questions that scores your practice across the same areas we would work on together. It is the honest way to find out whether mentorship is what you need right now.
